LAMYATT

Lamyatt Village Hall, BA4

These designed for people who are intermediate working towards advanced it is aimed at people who want to be pushed more . We will be using equipment to progress and challenge in a fun friendly atmosphere.
Classes: Monday 2pm

These are for people who are beginners or advancing towards intermediate level. We will be using equipment I.e balls bands and soft weights and techniques to progress and challenge yourself in a fun friendly atmosphere.
Classes: Wednesday 9:30am

CASTLE CARY

Scott Studio, BA7


These classes are done as a 1-1 or 2. These sessions allow the client to use the larger pieces of equipment like the reformer or chair. It is really beneficial if you are rehabbing from an injury or have a condition such as Parkinson's.
Classes available between: Monday 9am-12pm / Tuesday 9am-4pm / Friday 9am-4pm

Hadspen Village Hall, BA7

These classes are designed for people who are beginners or advancing towards intermediate level. We will be using equipment I.e balls bands and soft weights and techniques to progress and challenge yourself in a fun friendly atmosphere.
Classes: Wednesday 11:15am

TIMSBURY

YMCA, BA2

These designed for people who are intermediate working towards advanced it is aimed at people who want to be pushed more . We will be using equipment to progress and challenge in a fun friendly atmosphere
Classes: Thursday 9:30am

These classes are designed for people who are beginners or advancing towards intermediate level. We will be using equipment I.e balls bands and soft weights and techniques to progress and challenge yourself in a fun friendly atmosphere.
